Staying fit is crucial, especially when working from home. Here are three exercises to keep you active:

1. Bodyweight Squats

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body as if you're sitting in a chair, keeping your back straight. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.

2. Push-Ups

Get into a plank position, hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor. Push back up. Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps.

3. Plank

Lie face down, then lift your body so it's in a straight line from head to heels, resting on your forearms and toes. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
